Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Real Estate Consultancy
Up to £30,000 per annum plus bonus

We’re working with a leading consultancy in London that’s looking to bring on a Graduate Quantity Surveyor as they continue to grow their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a recent or upcoming graduate to launch their QS career in a well-established, sociable, and supportive environment.
The Role:
You'll be working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects — including commercial, retail, and large-scale regeneration schemes. As a Graduate QS, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with cost plans and feasibility studies
- Supporting tendering and procurement processes
- Helping with valuations and cost reporting
- Attending site visits and client meetings
- Working towards your chartership with full APC support
What They’re Looking For:
- A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
