Responsibilities
Join the Norwich team as a Senior Consultant and work with an active desk of roles and clients, representing leading industry brands and individuals.
The role involves sourcing candidates from our online tools, in‑house CRM system, the internet and social media advertising, and offering best‑in‑market consultancy services to understand candidate drivers and motivations. You will introduce qualified candidates to suitable opportunities within the international EPM community.
As your knowledge and process experience grow, you will have the opportunity to develop your own independent desk, either in a specialised market or region.
The role requires complete dedication and a focused mentality on executing best practice, coupled with a strong will to better yourself both professionally and personally.
