Tribal are looking for an Associate Analyst to come and join the Marketing Science team at our London office based in Paddington.
As a Marketing Science Associate Analyst, your curiosity never ends. The next question is always on your mind, helping you to understand how marketing science fits in the big picture of a project. You will contribute towards marketing science deliverables across a broad range of initiatives, focusing on at least two of the following areas: tracking and measurement, implementation, reporting, data visualization, testing and evaluation, data integration, or statistical modeling. You understand the nature and purpose of the main digital marketing channels, enjoy collaborating with others, and can communicate clearly and effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyse data across a digital landscape to discover trends, solve problems, and identify opportunities.
- Turn data into actionable insights through storytelling and data visualization.
- Design, build and automate analyses, reports, dashboards, and other deliverables.
- Gather marketing data across paid and owned channels to analyze website performance, understand audience behaviors, and summarize findings.
- Assist in the ideation, development, and execution of measurement frameworks.
- Determine and implement methods to improve analytics processes.
- Support senior members of the Marketing Science team in developing A/B tests.
- Collaborate with other disciplines and partner agencies to deliver comprehensive solutions to both internal and client requests.
- Occasionally support senior colleagues with analytics material for new business pitches and requests for proposals.
You Have:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic understanding of website analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
- Basic understanding of digital media channels (e.g., Social, SEM, SEO, OLV, etc.) including how each one works and how they interact with one another.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and techniques (e.g., MMM, MTA, etc.).
- Experience with at least one data visualization platform (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Datorama, etc.).
- A baseline understanding of statistical analysis techniques and quantitative methods.
- Familiarity with statistical programming languages, like Python or R.
- Familiarity with the function of data architecture, APIs, and API data calls.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects at the same time, proactively communicating needs, roadblocks, and statuses to the necessary people.
- A drive to keep learning and offer your team support to grow and learn.
