We are looking for Hospitality Supervisors to lead the team and deliver legendary experience for our guests at Cheltenham Racecourse during the race days. Come and join our team for The Cheltenham Festival , most popular event in jump-racing calendar of the season! We have plenty of work opportunities during the events days and more; Sunday 9th March – prep day Monday 10th March – prep day Tuesday 11th March – Champion Day Wednesday 12th March – Style Wednesday Thursday 13th March – St Patrick’s Thursday Friday 14th March – Gold Cup Day Working Hours We are looking for applicants who are able to work the whole event, event days are estimated to be 12 -14 hours of work each day. By joining the Constellation team you\’ll have the opportunity to work at any one of our 5,000+ venues across the UK. Role responsibilities Daily tasks may include: – Providing a brilliant service for our guests – Swiftly resolving customer service complaints – Ensuring smooth communication between team members – Overseeing the floor, mitigating any issues smoothly – Motivating staff members & communicating with management – Cash-handling & administering refunds correctly Requirements – Previous supervisor experience preferred. – Please note that some locations (such as schools) may require an enhanced DBS check. Please make the recruiter aware if you already hold one.
