Centre Managers oversee the seamless operation of our summer programme, ensuring a fun, safe, and enriching environment for international students. We are looking for a natural leader with exceptional organisational skills.
Your Role as a Campus Manager:
- Set and close down the camp, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally
- Coordinate airport transfers, excursions, and meal plans, ensuring all transportation, tickets, and arrangements are handled
- Line managing the Welfare Officer, Activity Leaders, and Activity Manager, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate arrivals and departures, ensuring timely check-ins/check-outs
- Maintain clear communication with Head Office, campus teams, Group Leaders, and cater teams to address any issues promptly
- Overseeing safeguarding measures, risk assessments, fire drills, and routine safety checks
- Organise staff rotas, payment reports, and administrative processes to keep everything on track
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience managing camp operations or similar environments, with the ability to manage staff effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to engage with participants, Group Leaders, and stakeholders professionally
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Essential Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo a Police/Criminal Record Check (e.g., Enhanced DBS Check)
- Provide 2 referees (at later stage)
- Ability to attend in-person induction training in June at one of our UK centres (London Area) – exact dates TBC
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as required

Contract Length: From 4 to 8 weeks (dependent on the centre)
Working hours: Average of 48 hours per week, across six days (opt-out form required to sign)
Accommodation: Full board provided (accommodation and three meals daily) by PLUS
Holiday: Salary is inclusive of holiday entitlement; holidays cannot be taken during contracted period
