The opportunity below is of strategic importance to our client.

Our client has a strong, mainly UK-focused renewable energy practice, providing a full service to clean energy clients. The team covers all aspects of renewable work from wind and solar to storage and networks. They need additional strength in pure commercial areas (PPAs, JVs, development agreements, and EPCs) to respond to client demand and a decent pipeline of work and tenders.

As a firm with multiple UK offices, the partners will be agnostic on location, and the flexible working style may suit various candidates. You could be either a senior associate/LD taking the first step to partnership or a more senior partner in practice (requirements will depend on level and compensation, as always). The firm is also open to discussions with senior lawyers who are in-house, possess the necessary commercial law skills, and have insights from the client side.

Following are not necessary, but a profile and network would certainly help.
