Senior Production Engineer-Days (Lots of Progression) £30-40K plus pension, Training, Progression Swindon Are you production Engineer from a from an Electronics background, looking for technical training on state of the art equipment and the chance to progress into a management position? On offer is a day\’s based role, with on-going technical progression and training. In this role you will be required to build test and inspect products through the Design stage to manufacture. You will be need to problem solve and focus on process improvement through the project. This well establish company specialises in the Design and Production of products, primarily for the Defence and Security sectors. The role\’s purpose is to provide engineering support to all departments within the manufacturing plant by identifying and implementing improvements to enable production targets to be met. THE ROLE * Take initial designs through from concept to manufacture *Develop and implement process improvements *Monitor production to ensure they meet specification requirements. *Scheduling and Planning work schedule and Record keeping. THE PERSON *Electronics background, *Time served, fast paced manufacturing engineering background The role is working 8.30-17;00 Mon- Fri.
