Maxwell Consultancy are working with an established Engineering business in Prestwick that require a CNC Miller to join their team.  This is a permanent, full-time position working in their state of the art workshop based near Prestwick.  The company have been going through a period of growth with an extremely healthy order book in recent times. What's required? Time-served CNC Machinist Setting and operating machining centres and milling machines. Programming experience with Mazak, Hass or Hurco beneficial but not essential Background working in sub contract machine shop Working with various components – Oil & Gas, Aerospace Choice of working either early or back shift or both Early shift is 6am to 2.30pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 11am on Fridays (early finish) Back shift is 2pm to 10.30pm Monday to Thursday and 11am to 4pm on Fridays (early finish) Shift allowance applied for working both shifts giving a constant hourly rate of £24 per hour Overtime rates available – x 1.5 for weekdays and x 2 for weekends Apply now for an immediate start
