The Role
You\’ll work closely with the C-suite to lead and coordinate three core strategic roadmaps:
Executive Roadmap Aligning top priorities and ensuring leadership accountability
NPD Roadmap Managing timelines and cross-functional input for new product development
Marketing Roadmap Overseeing campaign planning, timelines, and delivery milestones
Your mission is to ensure alignment, drive clarity, and maintain momentum across all departments acting as the central hub for strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to coordinate and deliver against critical business roadmaps
Facilitate high-impact meetings, capture actions, track milestones, and hold stakeholders accountable
Provide structure without stifling creativity enabling growth while preserving agility
Lead cross-functional collaboration with clarity and a light but effective governance style
Offer constructive challenge and support to senior stakeholders, earning trust and credibility
Apply strong project management skills to lead initiatives no need for deep subject expertise, just confident, capable execution
About You
Proven experience in project management (Prince2 or equivalent), ideally within high-growth or retail-led environments
Comfortable working directly with founders, execs, and senior stakeholders
Highly organised, proactive, and an excellent communicator
Able to bring calm and clarity in dynamic, fast-paced settings
A natural facilitator, problem-solver, and doer
