If you're passionate about IT infrastructure, systems management, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! As an SCCM Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) environment. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SCCM solutions across various client infrastructures, ensuring seamless software deployment, patch management, and OS configuration. Key Responsibilities: * Design, deploy, and maintain SCCM environments for both internal systems and client infrastructures. * Manage OS deployments, software updates, and patch management through SCCM. * Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving to resolve SCCM-related issues efficiently. * Monitor and maintain the health of the SCCM infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. * Work closely with clients to gather requirements and deliver customized SCCM solutions. * Collaborate with internal teams to integrate SCCM with other tools and technologies. * Stay updated with the latest SCCM developments, ensuring the MSP offers cutting-edge solutions to clients.
