The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our customer's technical service team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of medical imaging equipment. You’ll work hands-on with state-of-the-art X-ray, CT, and MR systems, performing installations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to deliver exceptional service to clients. This position requires travel to customer sites to provide technical support, repairs, and inspections. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the organization’s success. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair a range of medical imaging equipment, including X-ray, CT, and MR systems, at customer locations. Perform routine preventive maintenance and quality assurance checks. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime for clients. Maintain accurate service records for internal use and client reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact for technical support. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and experiences. Stay updated on advancements in imaging technology and participate in required training. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience servicing medical imaging systems, including CT and MRI equipment. Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing imaging systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a dynamic setting. Willingness to travel regionally as required. Valid driver’s license.
