My client, a leading Financial services company is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of a strategic Digital Enterprise Workflow/Process Orchestration platform. This role involves defining the IT architecture, coordinating resources, and establishing a process engineering capability across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Program Definition: Oversee the implementation of a strategic digital workflow and process orchestration platform. Architecture and Infrastructure: Define IT architecture and infrastructure requirements. Stakeholder Management: Engage with business and technology teams, managing stakeholder governance, objectives, and deliverables. Process Optimisation: Collaborate with business teams to identify pain points and optimise processes through automation and orchestration. Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team, ensuring effective delivery and platform adoption.Skills & Experience: 10+ years in Business Process, Workflow, Case Management and Orchestration solution delivery in the financial sector.
