Laboratory Assistant Permanent Circa £26k Mon – Friday Flint We have a very exciting opportunity for a Development Technician working within a busy R and D Lboartory with a very exciting company in Flint. Scope To assist the R&D department in New Product development activity and to help provide a professional technical support service to the company. Responsibility Responsible for the stability testing of new products, including all packaging components. Complete competitor analysis of products on an agreed volume and timescale with the relevant department. Responsible for the continued calibration of essential laboratory equipment. Maintain up-to-date chemical and consumable stocks in the laboratory areas, ensuring that all materials are within shelf life and that the COSHH assessments on file are up to date. Responsible for keeping the laboratory and storage area clean and tidy. Undertake risk assessments for activities within the R&D areas. Prepare samples for internal and external customer submission
