We are seeking a Freelance Carpentry Supervisor/Manager with BM Trada certification to oversee and manage a team of 6-8 carpenters on a high-end residential project in Clapham. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage the carpentry team to ensure high-quality work and adherence to timelines. * Ensure compliance with BM Trada standards, particularly for fire door installation and inspection. * Conduct quality checks, resolve site issues, and coordinate with other trades. * Maintain health and safety standards on-site. Requirements: * BM Trada certification (essential). * Proven experience supervising carpentry teams on residential projects. * Strong knowledge of fire door compliance and regulatory standards. * CSCS card (Supervisor level or higher)
