MEP Biased BIM Manager Waterloo, London. £65,000-£75,0000 plus package We are looking for a BIM Manager to join one of our longstanding clients at their HQ near Waterloo in London. The business have been delivering full MEP Design services for landmark resi and commercial development schemes across the UK for nearly 30 years and as part of their strategy for 2025, they are appointing an experienced BIM Manager to join their growing team. There are two main elements to this requirement: 1. A background in working in a similar business to produce complex and clash free BIM Models using Revit for large projects by collaborating closely with the Engineers 2. A real understanding of the Digital Elements of BIM and how to implement and manage a revised digital strategy in an established business. We aren’t looking for someone to reinvent the wheel here – what we need is someone who can take a business from doing MEP Coordination in Revit to producing incredible BIM Models from early stages and can hold up throughout construction phases. You will be rewarded with a very strong basic salary as well as other perks in the overall package which has been designed to be tax efficient for the employee whilst being incredibly rewarding.
