Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a first-class online shopping experience, managing orders, solving problems, and helping grow our eBay channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Executive, eCommerce Assistant – Industrial supplies, industrial consumables
On a day to day basis, you will:
· Create and optimise eBay listings, supporting the growth of this platform.
· Process online orders (approx 20 per day) and input them accurately into internal systems.
· Track orders from entry through dispatch and courier pick-up, resolving any issues.
· Maintain and update large data sets using Excel.
· Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
· Administer documents such as invoices and certificates of analysis.

As our Customer Service Administrator and E-Commerce Assistant, you’ll have strong communication and multitasking skills, coupled with a high attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Any experience within Customer Service or customer facing positions would be advantageous.
You will also:
· Have a personal interest or professional experience in e-commerce – whether that’s Vinted, Shopify, eBay, Magento or any other relevant platforms.
· Be comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
