Role OverviewSenior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We\βre currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Eastleigh. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
Responsibilities
Help people to gain more independence in their daily lives.
Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
Allocate shifts and book training.
Induct new colleagues.
Support supervision and ordering medication.
Ensure the people we support are supported to manage their finances.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour\βs of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
