Head of Solution Architecture – Hybrid/London – Ā£120,000 – Ā£140,000

Our client is looking for a Head of Presales to sit at board level and be responsible for the Presales team as well as driving technical and commercial excellence across the Presales cycle!

This is a hybrid role, split between your home and London. Their team operates under the same model, emphasizing the importance of in-person collaboration to drive culture and achieve the best possible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to be recognized as one of the best Presales teams in the UK.
  • Drive technical excellence throughout the Presales cycle.
  • Shape and define growth strategy in collaboration with other department heads.
  • Possess multi-vendor technical knowledge, including Microsoft and Cisco.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and conduct consistent meetings regarding Presales progress.
  • Conduct Presales activities personally while training and developing others in best practices.
  • Exhibit excellent presentation skills to both internal and external personnel.
  • Ensure a smooth handover process to the delivery function.
