The role
We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, performance-focused Growth Influencer Marketing Manager to help us build and scale an “influencer army” that drives real business results. This role is all about execution, you’ll be responsible for growing our affiliate influencer ecosystem through platforms like LoudCrowd and TikTok Shop, turning thousands of creators into high-performing sales drivers.

Influencer Affiliate Growth

Scale our affiliate influencer base through LoudCrowd, TikTok Shop, and internal recruitment

Recruit, activate, and nurture a wide-reaching network of creators focused on driving conversion

Build and manage monthly comms calendars, content briefs, and incentive programs to keep the community engaged

Launch challenge-based activations, product send-outs, and GWP strategies to boost creator performance

Identify and amplify top-performing content in partnership with Paid Media and Social teams
TikTok Shop Execution

Own our TikTok Shop presence, from lives calendar and inventory planning to creator partnerships and commission strategies

Manage daily communication with TikTok reps, creators, and partners

Drive live shopping performance through strategic promos, presenter briefing, and real-time support

Generate and distribute product kits, manage sample tracking, and ensure seamless execution

Track and report weekly performance, and continuously test and optimise to improve ROI

Manage agency partners to scale channel growth and efficiencies
Campaign Management & Launches

Lead influencer and affiliate amplification of major product launches

Partner with CRM, Ops, Social, and Paid teams to deliver seamless cross-channel campaign execution

Ensure product sampling, creator rewards, and asset management are tightly run and performance-focused
Performance & Optimisation

Monitor and report weekly performance across all influencer/affiliate programs

Optimise for key growth metrics such as CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and incremental revenue

Use performance data to test, iterate, and scale programs efficiently

Manage program budgets and ensure high return on spend
What we\’re looking for in you
-
You\’ll bring 3-5+years of experience in affiliate influencer marketing or growth marketing, ideally from a brand or agency environment.

You\’ll have a strong understanding of performance marketing, including metrics like CPA, CAC, CTR, AOV, and ROAS.

Ideally you\’ll have built or scaled affiliate-powered creator programs and know how to drive results through performance-focused influencer engagement.

You\’ll bedata-driven, analytical, and comfortable optimising programs based on performance insights.

You\’ll understand the creator economy and how to leverage TikTok Shop and affiliate tools to recruit, engage, and retain creators.
