What you\βll be doing
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about understanding user behaviour β what they do, when they do it, and how they engage with our brands and services. You excel at creating seamless customer journeys and crafting intuitive, high-quality interfaces that meet user needs and connect customers to what matters most to them.
The UX Design team is part of the Technology & Engineering department at Future and offers flexible working options, with offices located in Bath, Cardiff and London.
You will define and lead UX strategy on projects, building engagement and loyalty from our audiences by shaping new products and features (based on research and data) that balance user needs with business goals and technical capabilities.
You\βll represent design expertise across the entire process β from research, facilitating workshops, ideating solutions to concept sketching, wireframing, prototyping and testing your ideas, then producing high-fidelity designs for development implementation and QA.
As a Senior UX Designer, You will report in to the Head of UX Design and also mentor and advise other designers on the team.

- 4+ years hands-on experience building and creating user experiences around analytics & CRO
- Strong portfolio including case studies showcasing data-driven design decisions, deep UX knowledge and innovation

The expected range for this role is Β£40,000 β Β£55,000
