Job Description:
We’re hiring an immediately available Executive Assistant for a leading private equity firm, supporting a small boutique team of senior leaders including the Head, MDs, and C-suite executives.
You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the operations running seamlessly, such as managing complex diaries, coordinating international travel, and acting as the first point of contact for clients across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing environment where initiative, discretion, and polish are key.
As an Executive Assistant, you will bring 5–8 years’ experience in private equity or the investment sector. The firm wants someone who’s used to operating at pace and thrives on adding value beyond the basics.
Requirements and duties including, but are not limited to:
- Executive-level diary and travel management
- Client liaison and stakeholder coordination
- Opportunity to take on broader responsibilities beyond admin
- Must have at least 5 – 8 years of EA experience gained in the investment sector or Private Equity
This is a 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential to extend. Full-time, 5 days a week in the office.
