This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager within the Marketing & Business Development department. The Campaign Manager (Senior Executive) will work closely with and under the guidance of the Head of Marketing and Communications and the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns align with overall strategy. While there are no direct reports, this role will be working very closely with a much larger team to help build effective and impactful campaigns.

What will you do:
- Campaign Delivery & Project Management: Plan and deliver firmwide, sector and AI-related campaigns, ensuring timely execution within budget. Collaborate with partners and marketing leads to define objectives, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain momentum throughout.
- Thought Leadership & Content Creation: Support the development of impactful thought leadership initiatives that align with strategic business goals. Coordinate content production across a range of formats including articles, videos, and webinars.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, digital, PR and internal communications teams to develop and amplify campaign assets. Ensure alignment across channels and consistency of message.
- Digital Marketing & Performance Tracking: Maximise reach through digital platforms including the firm’s website, email marketing and social media. Track and report on campaign performance, using insights to inform future activity.
- Account based marketing: Collaborate with strategic client account teams to develop assets that facilitate client discussions, customised presentations, and increase the conversion of leads into the sales pipeline.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage an allocated campaign budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and clear value delivery. Engage external suppliers when necessary and oversee delivery to brief.
- Innovation & Best Practice: Bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to campaign work. Stay up to date with trends in professional services marketing and help embed innovation and creativity into campaign ideation and delivery.
What we are looking for:
- Marketing Expertise – Solid grounding in B2B marketing, with experience in digital and content strategy. Legal or professional services background is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving – Able to shape compelling campaign narratives aligned to firm strategy, while bringing fresh ideas and a creative mindset.
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across different time zones.
- Strong understanding of the legal or professional services market.
- Confidently influences others to drive forward discussions and actions to deliver against firm strategy.
- Innovative & Proactive – Embraces new tools, trends and technologies. Comfortable challenging the norm to improve results and drive engagement.

The career level assigned to this role is level 3. The career level framework provides a formal structure for the business services functions at the firm. The framework, which ranges from level 1 to level 7, clearly defines the responsibilities, skills and competencies required at each level.
