OVERVIEW
We are seeking experienced Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence Solicitors to join reputable, Legal 500-recognised firms with well-established departments. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence matters from instruction to resolution.
- Handle litigated and pre-litigated claims, including complex and high-value cases.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the team.
- Take initial instructions, draft legal documents, and provide clear, practical legal advice.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Engage in business development activities to grow the department.
- Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with firm procedures.
