Residential Property Lawyer
A qualified Property Lawyer with experience of either or both Residential Conveyancing Property transactions is required by a law firm in their Winchester office. The Residential Property Lawyer will work with a Partner on a wide range of property transactions.

An established law firm offering a comprehensive legal service to clients throughout the region including London. Hybrid working has been adopted and now part of the culture of the firm .
The Role
The Residential Property Lawyer will manage their own cases in addition to assisting a Partner with their caseload involving, often, complex high value transactions such as sales and purchases or freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages and equity release. The role will also enable work upon your own files from instruction through to completion.
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Residential Conveyancing and/or Residential Conveyancer.
