Responsibilities
Essential :
- Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings noting this will form part of the interview process
- Good all-round engineering and fabrication background
- Preparing, scheduled and monitoring assigned engineering projects
- Generating AutoCAD manufacturing drawings for customer approval
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise closely with key account clients over multiple projects
- Manage the projects from initial enquiry to completion
- Knowledge of all welding methods and techniques
- Full driving licence
Desirable :
- CPCS and / or CSCS accreditation
- Previosly worked within the security industry
- IPAF accreditation
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Knowledge and experience of AutoCAD
- Proven engineering and fabrication knowledge / experience
- Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise closely with customers
- Ability to work under pressure, both on own initiative and as part of a busy team
- Ability to handle multiple varied projects from order through to completion
- Responsible, conscientious, punctual, highly organized, and self-motivated
Desirable :
- Knowledge of all welding techniques
- Full diving license
- CPCS and / or CSCS accreditation
