Bid Executive – 12 month FTC – London, United Kingdom JOB DESCRIPTION The Client & Market Development team has a pivotal role in delivering growth across the business. We work closely with Group, Sector and National heads to help them create and deliver effective BD & Marketing plans. The team focuses on the key areas of Winning Better Business, Client Targeting, Relationship Management and Cross Selling by bringing together teams to target new business, oversee and structure pitch and bid opportunities and manage client teams. This ensures we are investing in our long-term client relationships, securing new opportunities and are effectively managing an expansive Newmark referral network across EMEA, the US and the wider global business.
The Role Main Responsibilities
As a Newmark Bids Executive, this is a fast-paced role, with responsibility for multiple bid and new business opportunities. Working closely with different stakeholders across Newmark\’s UK business and your colleagues in the central bids team, you will use your expert communication and organisation skills to:

  • Ensure that all tender notifications / requests are monitored and responded to in a timely fashion Ensure that responses are of the highest quality and responded to in the most efficient way, on brand and in line with Newmark\’s high standards
  • Work with the Head of Client Development to prioritise outputs aligned to strategic business priorities and areas of focus
  • Engage with key stakeholders within the business, adding value to tender responses, managing expectations and ensuring that processes are as streamlined as possible, using Newmark branded Templafy templates.
  • Maintain Newmark\’s presence on all relevant tender portals
  • Populate short responses to standard bid questions using standard material held within the Pitch to Win Portal
  • Logging all opportunities on our internal tracker system and so that management reports can be generated using our bespoke PowerBI dashboard
  • Liaising with other teams across Business Services to ensure standard response information is kept up to date and shared on the Pitch to Win Portal
  • Continuously evolving the outputs of the function, whether through content or processes to deliver the highest possible service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the wider Client Development Team on key integration projects with Newmark
