We are seeking a Hotel Services Manager to oversee the planning, organization, and operation of support staff within our care home, including the Kitchen, Domestic/Laundry, and Maintenance teams. The goal is to ensure the highest quality of resident care at all times.

Located at Alston House, a luxury care home providing residential, dementia, and nursing care for older people, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to residents\’ health and well-being.

About You

• Experience managing in hospitality or care settings
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Flexible, results-focused, and self-motivated
• Decisive, proactive, adaptable, and confident
• Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Staffing, scheduling, training, and supervising support teams
• Creating rotas to ensure adequate coverage
• Developing staff and maintaining training records
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction
• Managing departmental budgets
• Motivating and developing team members to meet resident needs
