Job Description
Heathrow Rewards is a free loyalty program for passengers and airport employees. Members earn points on parking, pre-booked tickets, shopping, dining, lounge bookings, and more at Heathrow.
The Loyalty and Partnerships Manager will develop and execute Heathrow\’s loyalty strategy and proposition. They will manage Heathrow Rewards content and campaigns across CRM and other marketing channels. The role includes overseeing the Heathrow Rewards loyalty programme to boost commercial revenue and enhance passenger experience through effective partner management, member acquisition, and new loyalty partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with the Senior Product Manager to support loyalty program strategy development and execution
- Maintaining a calendar of campaigns and communications
- Managing creative briefing process for external agencies, providing input into creative assets and writing copy for internally produced campaigns
- Developing partnership initiatives to engage the existing base and acquire new members
- Managing and maintain reporting framework to measure and communicate campaign performance
- Providing knowledge on emerging loyalty program innovation to internal and external audiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in working within or managing a Loyalty program including partnership management/acquisition.
- Experience within direct marketing, CRM, Loyalty or other similar fields (operational or consultative roles).
- Experience of writing briefs and managing day to day relationships with external agencies and technology partners.
- A good knowledge of the Data Protection Act, and other data collection and processing legislation and best practise
- Experience of CRM & Loyalty technology platforms

Working Location
Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You\’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
