Are you a confident and experienced 2nd Line Engineer looking to progress your career in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment?
We\βre looking for a proactive, client-focused IT professional to join our growing technical support team in Reigate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line support for a diverse client base, handling escalated technical issues via phone, email, remote tools, and occasionally on-site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, networking, and end-user systems.
- Support desktop environments (Windows 10/11), laptops, printers, and mobile devices, including MDM (e.g. Intune).
- Assist with firewall/router configurations, switch management, and on-site network setups.
- Contribute to system upgrades, migrations, patching, and client project rollouts.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets in line with SLAs and best practice standards.
What We\βre Looking For
- Proven experience in a 2nd line IT support role, ideally within an MSP environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and desktop support.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls, switches).
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workloads in a busy support environment.
