Aufgaben

Position Summary :

TÜV SÜD America is looking for a Software Engineer to join our agile development team, building and implementing secure, enterprise-grade software systems using the Microsoft .NET development stack. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on application developer with experience developing scalable data platforms and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an agile environment with little supervision, and promote customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities :

  • Build internal and external web applications from a deep understanding of .NET; demonstrated mastery of development best practices; proven experience in architecting and building scalable web applications
  • Work with internal and external customers to implement bug‑free digital experiences
  • Engage with the business on issues related to design and requirements
  • Design, develop, and unit test applications following established standards
  • Create scalable, automated solutions for our customer base
  • Enhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations for the design and implementation of systems
  • Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
  • Estimate task durations and deliver solutions on time
  • Maintain awareness of new technologies and industry developments

Qualifikationen

  • 3+ years’ software development experience with .Net
  • 3+ years of experience building applications with two or more of: JavaScript, Knockout, Telerik, Maui, React, jQuery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience with SQL Server or other relational DBMS
  • Experience with HTML5 and CSS and MVVM design pattern
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Object‑oriented design and coding experience
