Salary: Grade 6: £34,145 to £38,638inclusive of London Weightingwith potential to progress to £40,757 per annum,inclusive of London Weightingthrough sustained exceptional contribution (pro-rata if part-time)

The UK Student Recruitment Team at Brunel University of London is responsible for promoting the University to prospective students across the UK. The team engages with schools, colleges, and communities to increase awareness and applications to Brunel’s diverse range of programmes.

We are seeking two Recruitment Officers to join our UK Student Recruitment Team. The successful candidates will represent Brunel at Higher Education fairs, school visits, and open days, delivering presentations and engaging with prospective students and their influencers. They will organise STEM outreach and widening access activities, support the recruitment and training of Student Ambassadors, and contribute to programmes such as Urban Scholars.

Essential competencies include strong communication and presentation skills, experience in student recruitment or outreach, knowledge of the UK education system, and the ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends. A full UK driving licence is desirable.
