As a L’Oréal Customer Care Apprentice, your main role will be to communicate with and provide an exceptional standard of service to our 10,000 salon customers via multiple channels such as Email, Live Chat, and Telephone. L’Oréal Professional Products is constantly evolving, with an always-on feedback approach, which means we may add or remove channels based on customer needs. You will learn how to deliver exceptional service through speed, accuracy, and expert responses, supported by one-to-one mentorship and coaching throughout your apprenticeship. You will also engage with our various learning platforms daily and have regular meetings with your Customer Care Manager for guidance.

You will…

  • Learn to provide an optimal level of service to all salon customers to achieve first contact resolution within SLA
  • Handle multiple contacts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and knowledge, ensuring a positive customer experience through proactive follow-up
  • Become an expert on all customer touchpoints within L’Oréal Professional Products, enabling you to answer questions confidently and communicate clearly
  • Drive departmental efficiencies by identifying and implementing service improvements
  • Contribute to increasing our NPS score by acting on customer feedback and supporting continuous improvement
  • Manage stakeholder communication effectively at all levels

You have…

  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers
  • The ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
  • Strong prioritization and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A mindset to challenge existing processes and seek continuous improvement
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages

  • You must NOT have already obtained a degree
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4) or equivalent
  • Achieved a BBC at A level or equivalent in other courses
