Location: West End, London (4 days in-office)
A high-performing alternative asset management firm, based in the West End, is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to work in their recently opened London office (other established offices globally), alongside an EA, to support an investment team and wider office. This is an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant with 2 years+ experience, ideally within investment, professional services or a similarly fast moving client facing industry.
While the core responsibilities of the role are the organisational duties to support the team: managing the diary, meeting scheduling, prioritising, looking ahead and making the best use of their time. There is also scope for involvement in arranging roadshows in various locations across the globe, extensive expenses management and the opportunity to take on additional projects and operational tasks. Being a new office, there is a close knit feel, a genuinely positive environment and the excitement for the growth to come.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex diaries and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international travel and preparing detailed itineraries
- Arranging roadshows
- Processing expenses and providing general administrative support
- Preparing meeting materials and assisting with team communications
- Supporting the wider team and getting involved in broader business tasks as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within private equity, investment management, or a high-performance financial environment
- Degree-educated (preferred but not essential)
- Energetic, proactive, and confident working at pace
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
