This role will support the execution of strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, drive organisational effectiveness, and build a high-performance culture. You’ll work across multiple time zones and functions, providing structure, insight, and coordination to ensure our HR projects are delivered with precision and impact.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining standards, tracking project progress, managing risks and ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with our goals. From building dashboards and reporting tools to facilitating communication between stakeholders, your work will provide the clarity and consistency needed to keep our efforts on track. What Will You Be Doing?
- Support the HR Project Management Office (PMO) in maintaining governance and standards across the global HR Portfolio and Enterprise People Plan.
- Track and monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and early identification of issues.
- Maintain and update the enterprise Plan on a Page to support visibility and decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR PMO, Project Managers, Strategic HRBPs, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication of project documentation and RAID items.
- Continuously improve governance models and project documentation templates to support flawless delivery.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools (dashboards, scorecards) to present insights to HRLT and other stakeholders.
- Manage SharePoint/Teams sites and ensure effective communication of actions, risks, and decisions.
- Provide proactive support across time zones and contribute to financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
- Support lessons learned reviews and maintain the enterprise RAID register and stakeholder plans.
What Will You Need to Be Successful?
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong foundation in project and portfolio management, ideally within a large, matrixed organisation. You’ll have experience in delivering HR-related projects, including planning, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll need to be confident working with data and digital tools, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications—particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and PowerBI—and experience managing collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams. Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills are essential, as is a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
