Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London is seeking a Switchboard Agent/Receptionist to be responsible to direct calls both internal and external to the correct departments, helping the guests with their general requirements both on the phone and in the Business Centre. This is a full time, 40 hours a week role. The Switchboard Agent/Receptionist key Responsibilities will include: To greet and welcome all guests in line with Hotel standards.
