Role Responsibilities
- Managing weekly and monthly payrolls, with workload variation throughout the month.
- Handling outsourced payroll management for approximately 1,200 clients, varying in size and complexity.
- Running client payrolls, ensuring accuracy, quality assurance, and resolving discrepancies.
- Communicating with clients regarding RTI, Auto Enrolment, and HMRC legislative updates.
- Producing reports and assisting with payroll discrepancies.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive payroll experience, either in-house or bureau environment.
- Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal skills, and client management ability.
- Numerate, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team.
