The City Recruiter is delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing accounting firm based in Manchester. Our client specialises in supporting individuals and businesses with self-assessment and tax submissions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and peace of mind for their valued clients.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Managing and completing self-assessment tax returns for a diverse range of clients.
- Handling tax submissions efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to HMRC guidelines and deadlines.
- Providing advice and support to clients, helping them to maximise their financial efficiency and compliance.
- Liaising with HMRC and other regulatory bodies when required.
- Maintaining excellent client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
What we\’re looking for:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Demonstrable expertise in self-assessment tax returns and tax submission processes.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax information clearly.
