Current Job Opening
Expro is recruiting for a Field Service Supervisor (FSS2.2) – New Technologies within the Well Construction Regional Product Line. Deployment will be on an ad-hoc basis across the ESSA region, supporting the deployment of new technologies.
Job Purpose
To supervise a team responsible for the operation of equipment both onshore and offshore, ensuring safe and successful operations according to company procedures and delivering quality service to clients. Deployment may occur throughout Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa, supporting new technology deployment within the TRS and Drilling Services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise operations and assign tasks to team members, ensuring safety and technical compliance.
- Verify equipment checks for compliance and suitability for operations.
- Participate in toolbox talks and planning meetings.
- Coordinate site support to facilitate continuous operations.
- Engage with client representatives professionally, ensuring quality service.
- Complete all necessary documentation adhering to procedures and client requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with team and operations departments for safe and efficient operations.
- Mentor team members to enhance their competency and skills.
- Ensure compliance with all HSE policies, promote safety awareness, and adhere to safety rules.
- May be required to work at onshore bases for equipment preparation and report compilation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Technical knowledge from relevant competency and formal qualifications.
- Extensive technical experience preferred.
- Experience in team leadership or supervision.
