The company have already established strong, long-standing relationships with a host of world-renowned producers but are still looking to grow. About the Quality Assurance Inspector job The purpose of your role will be to ensure food products meet the highest safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include inspecting raw materials, monitoring critical control points (CCPs), performing product sampling, and supporting audits. Key tasks * Assist in maintaining BRCGS requirements on-site daily. * Collaborate with production and the quality department to record, communicate, and investigate all relevant information. * Perform tasks such as goods-in checks, raw material inspections, goods-out checks, internal audits, product sampling, and CCP auditing. * Ensure compliance with food safety procedures, monitor finished product quality, maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and traceability, and provide support during audits and customer visits. About You * The successful candidate shall have proven experience in food or drinks quality assurance in a manufacturing or production environment min 3 years. * HACCP awareness and Internal audit experience would be an advantage. * Exceptional attention to detail. More details The Quality Assurance Inspector job (ref:8842) and is paying £27,000 – £35,000 pro rata according to your experience. This role is a 3-month fixed term position with the possibility of extension. The site is near Huddersfield, Yorkshire and is commutable from Bradford, Leeds, Ossett, Wakefield, Halifax, Rochdale, Oldham and surrounding towns. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm.
