My client requires a Site Manager to assist them on their works in and around Surrey and Hampshire, specifically Winchester, Redding, and Woking.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work complies with relevant H&S and environmental legislation and NRSWA specifications.
• Highlight non-conformities, escalating when required.
• Lead and manage your team, ensuring high-quality training and mentoring to support their development and enable their best contribution.
• Promote and drive continual improvement and innovative ideas.
• Proactively manage schedules to minimise disruption and preventable mistakes.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in a similar role within the gas/utility/construction/service or infrastructure environment at site management level is essential. Candidates must hold a Streetworks (NRSWA) Supervisor accreditation and SSSTS/SMSTS. A full UK driving license is also required.
