Roofer

Ivy Resource Group is seeking an experienced Roofer to join a national maintenance team working on live commercial retail stores. This is a full-time, permanent role offering consistent local work, excellent support, and long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial store roofs

• Perform visual inspections, repairs, and minor roofing installations

• Replace tiles, felt, and rubber materials across flat and pitched roofs

• Work safely and efficiently in live store environments

• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years\’ experience in roofing (maintenance preferred)

• Strong knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems

• Full clean UK driving licence

• Ability to work independently or as part of a two-person team

• Ideally holds City & Guilds or equivalent qualification (not essential with experience)

• 44,000 per annum
