Job Description Freelance Marketing Executive About Me: Dragontale Publishing, a growing publishing house focused on delivering high-quality fantasy books to passionate readers across the world are seeking an innovative and organised Freelance Marketing Executive to help elevate their marketing efforts and support the promotion of their books. This is a flexible, fully remote role requiring a minimum of 4-6 hours per week, with optional additional hours during book launches. Responsibilities: * Monitor, analyse, and optimize Amazon and Facebook ads. * Format eBooks and paperbacks for book launches. * Create and send engaging newsletters. * Monitor and analyse newsletter performance. * Create promotional graphics and banners for social media and newsletters. * Assist with book launch plans. * Coordinate virtual book tours and influencer outreach. * Manage and engage with fans via social media and email. * Plan and host giveaways, contests, or Q&A sessions. * Test and expand advertising strategies to new platforms. * Track and report on ad performance and ROI. * Organise and promote virtual or in-person events. * Research market trends and competitor strategies. * Build relationships with book bloggers, influencers, and bookstagrammers. * Pitch books to podcasts, magazines, and media outlets. * Segment email audiences for targeted campaigns. * Track analytics across social media, email, and website platforms. * Create monthly performance reports. * Assist with creating and managing a Facebook group for the author’s Street Team. * Gather and organize reviews during book launches. * Research cross-promotion and partnership opportunities. * Maintain and update the author’s website with new releases, blog posts, and events. * Assist with website content
