As a Workspace Design Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling workplace strategies that align with the organization’s culture, strategy, and future goals. Role Description:
In this role, you will lead the development of workplace propositions, customer journey mapping, and collaborate with key stakeholders to conceptualize change and new ways of working. You\’ll have the freedom to think creatively and push the boundaries of what’s possible, transforming innovative ideas into tangible, effective experiences.
Key responsibilities include gathering and validating requirements from colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring these are translated into clear, actionable insights and strategies. While the design team handles the interior elements, your focus will be on the strategic vision and experience design, ensuring spaces are designed to meet a range of needs and objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for human-centered design. You will bridge corporate strategy with colleague insights, delivering an experience that is both innovative and practical.
