Our client, a prominent player in the defence sector, is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to join their Customer Support & Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to actively engage in enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
The Quality Assurance Engineer Opportunity:
- Manage product non-conformance and oversee the implementation of the non-conformance process.
- Provide insightful data analysis and summary reports related to non-conformance.
- Support investigations of design and manufacturing defects.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall efficiency.
What We\’re Looking For:
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Experience or familiarity with quality management systems and non-conformance management.
