Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Stevenage (2 days a week on-site)
Salary: Up to Β£50,000 + Bonus, Overtime, Strong Pension, ongoing training and development

Our client, a prominent player in the defence sector, is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to join their Customer Support & Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to actively engage in enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

The Quality Assurance Engineer Opportunity:

  • Manage product non-conformance and oversee the implementation of the non-conformance process.
  • Provide insightful data analysis and summary reports related to non-conformance.
  • Support investigations of design and manufacturing defects.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall efficiency.

What We\’re Looking For:

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Experience or familiarity with quality management systems and non-conformance management.
  • A minimum of HNC/HND qualification in Engineering or Quality Assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
