Work location: North West London (This is a field-based role; you will be required to visit multiple client sites). Ideal base locations are between North London and Watford.

Salary: Up to £50,000

Ability to obtain Security Clearance (Must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years).

The role and daily responsibilities:

Littlefish is looking for an IT Field Engineer Team Leader based in North West London. You will support a busy team of field engineers, providing leadership, mentoring, and coaching, while also being a technical escalation point.

You will provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, mobile, and print issues. Responsibilities include device builds, hardware installations, basic network/server troubleshooting, and administration. Effective communication with customers and managing technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and SLAs are essential.

What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

  • Full clean driving license & access to your own vehicle
  • Leadership skills in a team environment
  • Ability to share knowledge with less experienced team members
  • IT problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting IT infrastructure across technologies like desktop/laptop hardware, Office 365, Exchange 2013, Windows 10 & 11, Active Directory, Apple OSX and iOS, SCCM/WSUS/MDT
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar technical/leadership role
  • Excellent face-to-face communication skills
  • Good telephone communication skills
  • Willingness to travel around the UK
  • Ability to work independently and handle situations proactively

Prioritizing tasks to meet contractual SLAs is required.
