As Manufacturing Engineer your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting production through process design, tooling, and equipment improvements
  • Investigating and resolving engineering issues on the shop floor
  • Creating and updating work instructions for new and existing designs
  • Participating in meetings to review and implement engineering changes
  • Leading root cause analysis and driving corrective actions
  • Identifying capital investment opportunities and supporting justification

As Manufacturing Engineer your experience will include:

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Engineering – desirable
  • Understanding of composite materials or manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD and exposure to FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and Lean tools
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
