Overview
SafetyCulture is a global technology company that helps transform workplaces. We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to partner with our account executives and customer success team to craft technical solutions for our Enterprise customers. This role involves using your technical skills to ensure customers reach their goals and succeed with the SafetyCulture platform.
Demonstrating a strong interest in tech, you will be passionate about developing your skills in a front-facing engineering role and growing your career with one of the world’s fastest-growing global SaaS companies and Australian tech unicorns.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Partner with our Customer Success team and wider Go-to-Market team to craft technical solutions for our managed customers
- Partner with our Sales team to communicate the technical aspects of our platform offering (Security, APIs, Cloud solutions)
- Leverage your skillset to extend the platform’s capability for customer-specific use cases, and build BI dashboards to communicate insights
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to implement solutions for our customers
- Act as a conduit between Sales, Success, Product and Engineering
- Work closely with the API and Integrations Engineering Team to communicate customer requests and improvements
- Consult with customers about how to implement their integrations effectively
About You
- Confident translating technical and non-technical requirements and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience writing SQL queries and optimising relational databases, data models and data warehouses
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
- Comfortable with a scripting language such as Python, Golang, JavaScript or Ruby
- Flexible to understand and work within a wide variety of architectures, best practices and processes
- Confident reading API documentation and integrating with APIs
- Experience with software development or data analytics is preferred
