This practice is seeking Solicitors at all levels and will consider Senior Solicitors and Partners to join and assist with succession planning. The main purpose of this role is to work on a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, including regulatory work such as corporate defence, prosecutions, and sanctions negotiation. Advisory work will cover areas like energy, waste, chemicals, and projects including landfill, renewable energy, and contaminated land.
The client base is unparalleled, and despite being a small boutique, you will handle work that rivals top-tier city law firms. Ideally, candidates will have experience advising and representing commercial clients, including FTSE 100/250 companies. Since the firm\’s reputation attracts reliable work, business development is not a focus; the primary aim is to fee earn and deliver excellent service to clients.
