An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Service Engineer to join a growing After Market team for a leading manufacturer of medical devises based in Huddersfield. Representing the company in a customer facing role, this opportunity involves servicing and testing of bespoke specialist containment and downflow systems across the UK, Europe, and beyond. Working on a day\’s basis, Full training is provided, with excellent long-term prospects for the right candidate.
This role would suit a self-driven engineer with experience working in a service role or alongside medical/pharmaceutical equipment. It is essential that the successful candidate is able to commit to travel, values customer interaction, and takes pride in delivering technical excellence on-site. Ideal for someone with a background in mechanical, airflow, or calibration testing, or someone eager to learn and grow within the pharmaceutical or specialist engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual servicing and performance testing on containment and downflow systems
- Work at client sites across the UK, Europe, and internationally
- Perform airflow testing, calibration, and filtration checks
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate findings clearly
- Maintain accurate service reports and uphold company standards on-site
For this exciting opportunity, you can earn a basic salary of upto £42,000 with great Overtime potential. In addition to this, the company offer standard pension contributions, Private Healthcare and EAP programme.
