Join our Subsea Production Systems team!
We develop smarter systems to control and monitor oil and gas extraction. Our subsea and surface pressure capabilities are industry-leading, and we manufacture innovative, market-leading subsea production systems for offshore oil and gas facilities.
Your responsibilities will include conducting predefined tests on electronic equipment according to established procedures and recording test data using our online test result system for each tool.

The Manufacturing Team Lead oversees daily plant operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including service shops. They develop an operational plan for their teamβs manufacturing activities and suggest improvements to products, processes, and procedures.
As a Manufacturing Team Lead, your key responsibilities will be:
- Driving performance improvements, cost reductions, and resolving problems related to subsea products.
- Leading initiatives in manufacturing technology, quality, and productivity for a small manufacturing unit with a budget exceeding $0.5 million.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to the manufacturing team.
- Analyzing and evaluating projects to ensure they meet business standards, practices, procedures, and project requirements.
- Developing action plans to proactively address potential issues.
- Ensuring proper documentation of data generated from projects and tasks, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Monitoring project progress, communicating status, and addressing significant issues.
